Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Lead System Architect will define and maintain the end-to-end system architecture for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) L2+ features, including driving and parking functionalities such as Valet Parking. This role ensures alignment across cross-functional domains, achieving safety, performance, and scalability objectives toward future L3 autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Define, document, and maintain end-to-end system architecture for ADAS L2+ features
  • Ensure cohesive integration across sensor, perception, planning, control, and actuation subsystems
  • Architect systems in compliance with ISO 26262, SOTIF, and ASPICE standards
  • Design for latency, redundancy, fault tolerance, and real-time performance
  • Enable modular and extensible architecture toward L3 and beyond
  • Interface with OEMs, Tier1/Tier2 suppliers, and internal VF teams for system-level design decisions
  • Coordinate with software, hardware, and algorithm teams for consistent architecture implementation.
  • Drive design trade-offs, reviews, and system-level risk analysis.
  • Maintain architectural models, interface definitions, and traceability matrices.

Requirements

  • Master s or bachelor s in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or related field
  • 8+ years in automotive system architecture or ADAS/AD feature development.
  • ISO26262, SOTIF, ASPICE, AUTOSAR.
  • ADAS functions, vehicle networking, embedded systems, and system safety.
  • Strong stakeholder and cross-domain communication skills.
  • Proven record in leading architecture discussions and cross-functional alignment.
