Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the COO and operating as a full member of the Executive Committee, the CB&PCO will:

  • Build and own the Group's brand vision, positioning, and communication strategy end-to-end
  • Lead external agencies and partners with a performance-first mindset
  • Establish brand health KPIs and defend them at Executive Committee level

A mandate to build, with full ownership of the brand and communication function

Direct access to the COO and a seat at the Executive Committee

An international management culture with the scale and ambition to match

Compensation structured around the individual, with no predetermined ceiling

Desired Candidate Profile

You build things, functions, teams, brand systems. You lead from the front, operate across cultures with ease, and bring both the analytical rigor and the narrative power that C-suite leadership demands.

You bring:

  • 15+ years in brand strategy, product marketing, or senior communication, in tech, digital, FMCG, or any brand-led industry
  • Full professional fluency in English, French, and Arabic
  • A proven track record of building from scratch in complex, multicultural organizations
