Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Leadership
-
Define and execute scalable commercial strategies across multiple service verticals and regions.

Own and drive top-line revenue goals while maintaining gross margin discipline.

Lead go-to-market planning for new products and markets.
Business Development & Sales
-
Lead all aspects of B2B sales, including operator onboarding, content licensing, and partnerships.

Identify new revenue streams and strategic opportunities to unlock growth.
Regional Market Expansion
-
Oversee entry into new countries within GCC, Africa, and MENA.

Manage local compliance, licensing, and partner onboarding.

Lead and monitor performance of territory managers.
Partnership & Account Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, digital platforms, and ecosystem partners.

Negotiate long-term agreements and ensure strong account performance.
Team Leadership

Build, mentor, and manage commercial teams across sales, partnerships, marketing, and account management.

Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in telecom, VAS, digital media, or fintech.
- Proven success driving revenue growth across emerging markets, particularly MENA and Africa.
- Strong industry network within telecom operators, regulators, and digital content providers.
- Track record in negotiating high-value commercial deals and partnerships.
- Experience in P&L ownership, scaling teams, and managing cross-border strategies.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
