Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Group Chief Commercial Officer for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which is a healthcare group operating multiple hospitals, clinics and rehabilitation centers across Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for highly experienced Chief Commercial Officers who have a minimum of 20 years of experience in C level and corporate strategy leadership roles within large healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate would oversee sales, marketing, business development, and patient engagement, ensuring alignment with financial goals and overall strategic vision. Collaborate with other senior leaders, including the CEO and CFO, to achieve business objectives and enhance the organization's market position.

Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with the healthcare group's overall goals and objectives.Drive revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.Identify and pursue new market opportunities, expand market reach, and build strategic partnerships. Oversee sales and marketing teams, ensuring they are aligned with the overall commercial strategy.Enhance patient engagement and satisfaction to improve customer loyalty and drive business growth. Lead business development efforts, including identifying and securing new partnerships and contracts.
