Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description: Chief Commercial Officer (Confidential)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a long-term marketing strategy aligned with the company s vision, market positioning, and growth objectives.
  • Define and implement a consistent brand strategy across all communication channels.
  • Establish strategic marketing partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  • Leverage market intelligence and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and project positioning.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing frameworks for new project launches and market expansions.
  • Drive innovation in digital marketing and branding to differentiate the organization in a competitive landscape.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

  • Set and achieve sales strategies and revenue targets aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for offerings.
  • Develop customer acquisition models and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Align sales structures, teams, and incentives with performance objectives.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture within commercial teams.

Commercial Planning & Market Expansion:

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to support growth.
  • Provide strategic input on project feasibility and positioning during early development phases.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape the organization s strategic direction.
  • Develop commercial risk management approaches and scenario planning to address market fluctuations.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, government entities, investors, and partners.
  • Ensure all commercial activities comply with regulatory standards and align with company values and long-term goals.

Support Functions:

  • Analyze performance data and reports to provide actionable recommendations for improving sales and marketing strategies.
  • Support the CEO with additional tasks as needed to drive organizational objectives.

Key Relationships:

  • Internal: Collaborate with Sales Management, Marketing Management, and other departments to ensure accurate reporting and process efficiency.
  • External: Engage with stakeholders and partners to maintain smooth operations and regulatory adherence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior commercial, sales, or marketing role.
  • Proven track record in strategic leadership, marketing, branding, and sales management.
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential.
