Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Concierge team, ensuring seamless service delivery

Create memorable, tailor-made experiences for VIP and repeat guests

Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and service providers

Ensure full compliance with Sofitel brand standards and service excellence

Handle guest requests and concerns with confidence and efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

Active Les Clefs d Or member (mandatory)

Proven experience as Chief Concierge in a luxury hotel

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and inspire the team

Excellent knowledge of local attractions, culture, dining, and entertainment in Bahrain

Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
