Role Summary
IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Chief Concierge to join voco Dubai. In this role, you will lead the concierge team, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for providing expert local knowledge, handling guest requests with professionalism, and maintaining high standards of discretion and service excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.

What You ll Do
* Build strong guest relationships by delivering personalized, efficient, and professional concierge services
* Provide accurate and insightful recommendations for dining, attractions, and local events
* Handle guest issues promptly, using feedback to enhance service quality
* Lead and manage the concierge team, setting high service standards and delegating responsibilities effectively
* Ensure guest privacy, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions
* Promote hotel facilities and services, acting as a brand ambassador to enhance revenue opportunities
* Maintain knowledge of current city events, transport options, and local partners to provide up-to-date information
Ideal Profile
* At least 4 years of experience in an upscale hotel as a Concierge or related position
* Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience leading a guest services team
* High school diploma required; a college or university degree is an advantage
* Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure while maintaining high standards
* Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable
* Exceptional time management, reliability, and professional presentation
