What You ll Do


* Build strong guest relationships by delivering personalized, efficient, and professional concierge services
* Provide accurate and insightful recommendations for dining, attractions, and local events
* Handle guest issues promptly, using feedback to enhance service quality
* Lead and manage the concierge team, setting high service standards and delegating responsibilities effectively
* Ensure guest privacy, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions
* Promote hotel facilities and services, acting as a brand ambassador to enhance revenue opportunities
* Maintain knowledge of current city events, transport options, and local partners to provide up-to-date information

Ideal Profile

* At least 4 years of experience in an upscale hotel as a Concierge or related position
* Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience leading a guest services team
* High school diploma required; a college or university degree is an advantage
* Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure while maintaining high standards
* Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable
* Exceptional time management, reliability, and professional presentation
