Chief Engineer Four Seasons Hotel

The Role of Chief Engineer:
We currently have an opportunity for a Chief Engineer to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Engineering, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team that is collectively responsible for making key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.

You will be responsible for providing professional direction for all aspects of the hotel and building maintenance. This position will include project management (including annual and long-term capital expenditures), procurement and planning, leading the day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, and budget planning and management. You will also lead the Safety Committee and the energy conservation program.

Critical to the success of the role is the accomplishment of all responsibilities in conjunction with delivering the highest of standards consistently and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and employees. As a member of the leadership team, you will provide short- and long-term strategic direction in conjunction with all operational needs of the individual departments.

Our Ideal Chief Engineer candidate will have:
H otel opening experience and expert technical knowledge of general building maintenance and environmental standards.
