Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, generators, BMS, and life-safety systems.

Experience with BMS operation and control (BAS/automation systems).

Leadership skills managing the engineering team and shift activities.

Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting with a strong root-cause approach.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in 5-star hotels across the GCC, with strong exposure to luxury property engineering standards.

  • Education: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • English proficiency for effective communication with guests, teams, and contractors.
  • Valid certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, firefighting, steam/boiler, generator, BMS) relevant to hotel engineering.
  • Budgeting and asset planning experience with CAPEX/OPEX exposure.
