Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company s strategic vision in alignment with the group s direction.
• Strengthen business performance across underwriting, claims, sales, and operations.
• Drive digital transformation and modernization of systems, channels, and customer experience.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Expand product offerings and distribution channels to accelerate growth.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and a strong performance-driven culture.
• Deliver sustainable profitability, revenue growth, and financial discipline.
• Represent the company with regulators, partners, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in insurance or financial services, including senior executive leadership.
• Solid understanding of underwriting, claims, operations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven record in transformation, scaling, or modernizing an insurance business.
• Bachelor s degree required, MBA or relevant master s preferred.
• Professional insurance certifications (ACII, CPCU) are a strong advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, leadership capability, and communication skills.
