Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company s long-term strategic vision and business plan.

Oversee all real estate operations, including acquisitions, development, sales, leasing, and property management.

Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion efforts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, government entities, and key industry partners.

Ensure financial stability by managing budgets, forecasting, and monitoring company performance.

Lead, mentor, and motivate executive and operational teams to achieve business objectives.

Approve major investments, contracts, and high-value property deals.

Evaluate market trends and economic indicators to guide strategic decisions.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.

Strong knowledge of property development, investment, asset management, and market dynamics.

Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Strong financial acumen and experience with capital planning, budgeting, and investment analysis.

Demonstrated track record of achieving business growth and delivering results.
