Roles & Responsibilities

Chief Financial Officer for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a large healthcare group which owns and operates hospitals and clinics across Riyadh and KSA.We are looking for Chartered Accountants with a minimum of 20 plus years of experience and a minimum of 5 years current experience as a CFO within a large healthcare group with multiple medical assets.The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for all financial operations, including growth and profitability by professionally managing services and activities for multiple service lines and for strategic planning and administration.The CFO is responsible for operational oversight and management of existing health care facility management contracts, as well as new physician and facility affiliations and alliances.Will act as a resource and consultant to Board of Directors and CEO in directing financial strategies, planning, forecasting and providing guidance for investment strategies.Create an environment that provides superior levels of physician and patient services, clinical quality and lower costs and aligns incentives within the spectrum of providers involved in the delivery of health care services. Study, analyze and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth.Responsible for corporate administration of external relations with joint ventures, vendors, providers, and others.Develop and maintain financial and budgetary goals, objectives and oversee, assist with the development of departmental business plans which support goals and objectives. Communicate and coordinate corporate and administrative information for use by the leadership and governing bodies, including feasibilities, projections, and results reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and oversee execution within the Accounting, Patient Financial Services, Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain, Medical Records and Patient Access teams.Prepare the annual budget; generate, analyze and present monthly financial statements, cash flow statements, and ongoing financial analysis to the Board of Directors.Prepare necessary regulatory cost reporting and stay current with rules, regulations and reporting requirements.Update and revises internal control policies and procedures as needed to be in compliance.Oversee the organization s financial accounting systems and functions maintaining strong internal controls resulting in a clean annual audit, in full compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.Develop a clear financial plan that is consistent with the organization s strategic programs, goals and initiatives
