The successful candidate will combine financial oversight with active involvement in cash flow management, supplier payments, banking relationships, and execution of key commercial transactions. This role is ideal for a hands-on CFO who enjoys operating in a lean and fast-moving business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including treasury, cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital
• Maintain close control of daily payments, collections, funding needs, and banking activity
• Support procurement execution in line with approved budgets and commercial priorities
• Prepare, review, and negotiate purchase orders and supplier payment terms
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and financial counterparties
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance requirements
• Support tax planning and financial structuring matters
• Work closely with the CEO, procurement, and commercial stakeholders on business decisions
• Improve financial processes, controls, and operating efficiency

Key Requirements

• Strong finance experience with exposure to trade finance, treasury, cash management, and structuring
• Previous experience in a hands-on CFO or senior finance leadership role
• Background in trading, commodities, procurement, supply chain, or trade house environments
• Good understanding of supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and working capital management
• Practical mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, MBA / CFA preferred
• Fluent Russian and English required
