Chief Financial Officer – IT Hardware & Trading PREVIEW PROPERTIES L.L.C

The CFO will be a strategic, hands-on finance leader responsible for managing the financial health, banking relationships, working capital, and cash flow of Preview Group’s IT hardware trading and distribution business. This role requires a commercially strong CFO who can engage at the bank management and credit committee levels, support growth, and protect liquidity in a high-volume, fast-moving trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

•     Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with business growth plans.

•     Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director on financial and commercial matters.

•     Provide clear financial insights to support pricing, margins, and expansion decisions.

2. Banking & Funding (CRITICAL)

•     Manage all banking relationships (local & international).

•     Lead discussions with bank CEOs, credit teams, and risk committees.

•     Negotiate and manage:

•     Working capital limits

•     Trade finance (LCs, TRs, ODs, BGs)

•     FX facilities and hedging

•     Pricing and covenants

•     Prepare and present financials for credit renewals and enhancements.

3. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

•     Oversee daily and weekly cash flow management.

•     Optimize:

•     Inventory financing

•     Receivables and payables cycles

•     Credit risk exposure

•     Ensure strong liquidity in a high-volume, low-margin trading business.

4. Financial Operations & Controls

•     Oversee accounting, reporting, and internal controls.

•     Ensure accurate and timely:

•     Monthly MIS

•     Forecasts & budgets

•     Management dashboards

•     Strengthen financial discipline across the organization.

5. Compliance & Governance

•     Ensure compliance with:

•     IFRS

•     UAE VAT

•     UAE Corporate Tax

•     Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and advisors.

•     Maintain strong financial governance and risk management practices.

6. Group Oversight (Limited & Strategic)

•     Provide group-level financial oversight across other Preview Group entities (properties, healthcare, services) through:

•     Consolidation

•     Capital allocation

•     Financial reporting standards

7. Team Leadership

•     Lead and mentor the finance team.

•     Build a strong second line (finance managers/controllers).

•     Set clear KPIs, controls, and accountability.
