Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the company's financial strategy in line with overall objectives, while ensuring the reliability of financial statements, regulatory compliance and optimization of resources.

Missions and main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financing plans adapted to projects and investments.
  • Conduct an in-depth financial analysis of projects to assess their profitability, feasibility and risks.
  • Supervise management control and implement budget monitoring, performance and reporting tools.
  • Manage treasury, optimize financial flows, anticipate needs and guarantee the company's liquidity.
  • Produce and validate financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting, tax and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and lead the financial and accounting team, promoting skills development and professionalization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking and financial partners, negotiating the best conditions.
  • Advise general management on financial strategic choices and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure financial communication to internal and external stakeholders, in French and English.
