Develop and execute the company s financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and expansion plans.

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital allocation to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate and drive strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and new investments.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions for optimization.
• Support the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures related to finance and accounting.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management or a related field.

• Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within agriculture, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
• Advanced proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
