Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO provides strategic direction and leadership in financial planning, risk management, capital structuring, and financial reporting to support the company s growth and operational objectives. The CFO also ensures compliance with local and international financial regulations, oversees budgeting and forecasting, and serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support corporate goals.
- Participate in the development of long-term strategic business plans.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across departments.
Financial Management
- Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Optimize the company s capital structure and working capital management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
- Master s degree in Finance or MBA (preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA (highly preferred).
- Minimum 10 15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
- Proven experience as a CFO or similar executive role, ideally in
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, financial modeling, and risk management.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
