Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Smart Global is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial direction of the organization. This role goes beyond traditional accounting it requires leadership in budgeting, risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial planning to support sustainable growth.

As CFO, you will serve as a key advisor to executive management, guiding critical decisions and ensuring the company s financial health and operational efficiency in a highly regulated service sector.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term financial strategies to support business growth
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
  • Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment planning
  • Deliver insightful financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master s or CPA / ACCA / CFA preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in finance, preferably in UAE or GCC service industries
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing finance teams
