Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Group’s financial strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and consolidated reporting.
  • Oversee treasury, working capital, investment planning, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR, UBO, RERA, DLD, and AML/KYC frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, financial institutions, and regulators.
  • Provide strategic insights and financial due diligence for new acquisitions, joint ventures, and international expansion projects.
  • Mentor and lead the finance and accounts teams, instilling a culture of accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
  • Represent the Group in financial negotiations, loan structuring, and investor relations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/economics/commerce; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • Professional qualifications: CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA required. (CAMS/ICA AML & Compliance certifications are a plus.)
  • 10+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the UAE/GCC.
  • Proven experience in multi-entity, multi-sector finance (distribution, real estate, healthcare, or consumer products).
  • Strong expertise in AML, compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Successful track record in raising funds, managing trade finance, project finance, and building long-term banking relationships.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems, financial modelling, and M&A transactions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Preferred candidate ethnicity: North Indian
