As we enter a new phase of growth and transformation, we are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, strengthen operational efficiency, and drive profitability across the organization.


Job Summary:


The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the company s financial vision. This role demands deep expertise in financial planning, cost control, product lifecycle analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be both analytically sharp and operationally hands-on, with proven experience in identifying inefficiencies, maximizing gross margins, and aligning financial performance with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Financial Leadership


Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with the company s vision and growth goals.

Serve as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and executive board.

Provide financial insight into strategic planning, investments, and new initiatives.


2. Financial Oversight & Reporting


Oversee all aspects of financial reporting including cash flow, P&L, balance sheet, trial balance, and audits.

Lead monthly and annual closings with precision and timeliness.

Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Develop and present financial dashboards and business intelligence reports to senior leadership.


3. Cost Management & Profit Optimization


Analyze cost structures across procurement, production, and labor to improve margins.

Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining product quality and brand integrity.

Drive optimized pricing based on real product costs, market benchmarks, and profitability goals.


4. Product Lifecycle & Sales Performance Analysis


Evaluate performance of all product categories and collections from development to point-of-sale.

Identify underperforming SKUs for phase-out and redirect focus toward high-margin bestsellers.

Partner with production, design, and sales to align product planning with financial viability.


5. Inventory & Operational Efficiency


Lead cross-functional coordination between finance, inventory, and operations.

Oversee stock valuation, turnover rates, and implement systems to flag overstock or dead inventory.

Support lean inventory models to reduce working capital without compromising sales readiness.


6. Team Leadership & Development


Lead and mentor the finance department, ensuring strong internal reporting, accountability, and growth.

Build systems and structures that enable efficiency, transparency, and performance monitoring company-wide.

Promote a financial culture within all departments to align operations with financial health.


Qualifications:


Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

Minimum of 10 years of executive-level financial experience, preferably in luxury, retail, or manufacturing sectors

Deep command of financial statements, budgeting, costing, and inventory control

Proven success in product performance analysis and financial planning in a product-based environment

Strong leadership and change management skills

Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus)

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Visual Dolphin, QuickBooks, Oracle) is an advantage
