Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall financial management
    and reporting activities
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and
    financial planning across projects
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, Zakat,
    and other regulatory requirements
  • Manage relationships with banks,
    including guarantees, facilities, and financing
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and
    financial performance reports
  • Monitor project financial performance
    and cost controls
  • Support senior management with
    financial analysis and strategic insights
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax
    consultants, and regulatory authorities
  • Develop and implement financial
    policies, procedures, and controls
  • Identify financial risks and
    recommend mitigation strategies



    Requirements
    • Bacheloru2019s
      degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial
      management roles
    • Experience
      in construction or project-based
      environments is preferred
    • Strong
      knowledge of VAT, Zakat, and Saudi financial regulations
    • Experience
      managing banking relationships and financial facilities
    • Proficiency
      in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
