Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk management protocols.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting processes and financial forecasting to optimize resource allocation and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, conducting regular audits to maintain transparency and integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA that demonstrate advanced financial knowledge and expertise.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive finance experience in a corporate or similar environment, showcasing leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within the industry of work relevant to the organization.
