We are looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, optimize performance, and ensure financial stability. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will oversee financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies while fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company s business objectives.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Manage risk assessment, cost control, and investment planning.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial policies.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth and optimize financial performance.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Establish strong relationships with banks, investors, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a holding company.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and investment strategies.

• Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies for business growth.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
