Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company s financial strategy aligned with growth objectives
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Establish and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls
Oversee cash flow management and capital allocation
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements across operating markets
Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and financial due diligence
Advise the CEO and executive team on strategic financial decisions
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred)
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, fundraising, and investment strategy
Experience managing multi-entity or cross-border financial operations within the Middle East
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
