Scope of the role

: IT System Audit and Security: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing information system, identify priority risk areas, define a structured remediation plan, and implement initial corrective actions within the deadlines imposed by the group's transformation objectives.

Optimization and Integration of the Sage X3 ERP: Take charge of the deployment of Sage X3, currently underutilized relative to its capabilities, manage its complete integration in conjunction with the business units, and structure data governance processes across the group.

Cybersecurity and Compliance: Define and deploy the group's cybersecurity policy, ensure system compliance with the security and reliability requirements imposed by current strategic challenges, and guarantee data protection in a multi-site environment operating internationally.

Innovation and Artificial Intelligence: Identify priority AI use cases adapted to the group's operational challenges, initiate the first developments of in-house tools in direct collaboration with business units, and lay the foundations for a data-driven culture within the organization.

Building and Developing the IT Team: Structure, recruit, and develop the skills of a newly formed IT team in a multi-site environment with international travel.

Performance Indicators:

The CIO's success is assessed across four dimensions: robustness and security of the information system within the framework of the group's strategic transformation, level of integration and operational use of Sage X3, structuring and skills development of the IT team, and measurable contribution to the group's digital transformation objectives.

Your profile

: Education: Graduate of a top engineering school or a Master's degree (Bac+5) in information systems, computer science, or IT management.

Experience:You have at least 10 years of experience in IT management or leadership roles within Moroccan industrial environments. You have built or restructured an IT function, not just managed an existing scope. Expert mastery of Sage X3 in an operational context is a mandatory requirement.

Leadership: You are a builder, comfortable with ambiguity and developing organizations, capable of seamlessly transitioning from strategic planning to operational execution, and able to work independently in an environment where the mature IT infrastructure is still being built.

Local presence: You have a solid understanding of the Moroccan industrial landscape, a genuine interest in applied artificial intelligence, and are willing to travel to the group's various sites as well as internationally.

Languages: Fluency in French and Arabic is required. English is a valuable asset for interacting with the group's international partners.
