Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Appraise and propose financial opportunities across varied sectors and asset types.
  • Direct portfolio structuring to optimise returns while managing exposure.
  • Provide strategic counsel on economic outlooks, market dynamics, and investment positioning.
  • Identify and assess prospects domestically and abroad.
  • Lead financial assessments, including modelling and valuations.
  • Carry out due diligence across financial, legal, and operational domains.
  • Track portfolio performance against expected outcomes and risk thresholds.
  • Evaluate key indicators, industry benchmarks, and investee results.
  • Formulate and implement exit plans as appropriate.
  • Design and apply risk controls to safeguard capital.
  • Coordinate with PMO and Finance to ensure investment delivery aligns with planning and funding strategies.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline; a Master s qualification is advantageous.
  • Possess over seven years of advancing experience within private equity, investment banking, asset management, or corporate investment environments.
  • Proficiency in valuation techniques and financial modelling.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
