Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all activities related to enterprise applications across business and operational domains.
• Manage end-to-end application lifecycle management including development, deployment, maintenance, optimization, and decommissioning.
• Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team responsible for application development, support, and integration.
• Ensure alignment between IT applications and business needs through close collaboration with C-level and departmental stakeholders.
• Oversee in-house application development initiatives, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to standards.
• Manage relationships with system integrators (SIs), independent software vendors (ISVs), and managed service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
• Drive the in-sourcing of application support and knowledge transfer from third-party vendors to internal teams.
• Ensure proper governance, documentation, and version control across all applications.
• Oversee application architecture and integration frameworks to ensure interoperability and data consistency across systems.
• Establish and enforce best practices for secure software development, testing, and release management.
• Lead modernization initiatives to adopt emerging technologies and digital solutions that improve business efficiency and customer experience.
