Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead all surveying and setting-out activities across infrastructure projects

  • Ensure accurate measurements, leveling, and alignment as per design specifications

  • Coordinate closely with engineering and construction teams for execution

  • Manage survey data collection, validation, and reporting

  • Prepare and review as-built surveys and submissions

  • Ensure full compliance with RTA standards, specifications, and coordinate systems

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

  • 15–20 years of UAE experience in land surveying (RTA / infrastructure projects)

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and survey software

  • In-depth knowledge of RTA survey standards and procedures

  • Proven ability in high-accuracy setting-out and drawing interpretation

  • Experience in as-built documentation and submissions

  • Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills
