Lead Surveyor GINCO Cont. Co. LLC

The Lead Surveyor manages all surveying activities across assigned construction projects, leading a team of surveyors to deliver precise setting out, as-built surveys, and topographic data in compliance with project specifications and UAE authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Survey team on assigned projects including Senior and Junior Surveyors.

• Oversee all setting-out activities including control networks, structural gridlines, levels, and alignments.

• Manage as-built survey data collection and coordinate production of as-built drawings.

• Verify and sign off on survey data accuracy across all disciplines (civil, structural, finishing).

• Liaise with the consultant and client survey teams for verification checks and sign-offs.

• Implement and maintain survey quality procedures and calibration records.

• Advise construction teams on survey-related technical queries.

• Prepare and submit survey reports to project management.
