Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:  

  • Organize, plan and coordinate technical work.
  • Ensure monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Manage a team of technicians and ensure their skills development.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
  • Ensure the interface with other departments (production, quality, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Higher Technician Diploma (BTS, DTS, or equivalent).

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Team spirit, organizational skills and leadership.
  • Proficiency in technical and management IT tools (CMMS, Excel, etc.).
