Roles & Responsibilities

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market share
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, content marketing, and analytics to boost online presence and engagement
  • Manage brand positioning, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Manage the marketing budget with strategic allocation of resources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, media, and other stakeholders, enhancing market positioning and business opportunities
  • Stay abreast of market trends, consumer behaviors, and technological advancements to keep the marketing strategy relevant and effective.

Desired Candidate Profile

Background in digital transformation, product marketing, or growth marketing across multiple industries.

Experience in highly commercial, sales-driven environments with strong stakeholder engagement.

Proven ability to execute fast, deliver early wins, and set a long-term vision simultaneously.

Experience leading multi-regional, multi-sector marketing teams at scale.

Strategic but hands-on when needed execution speed is crucial.
