Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all nursing services across the organization
- Oversee clinical quality, patient safety, and nursing governance frameworks
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and professional development of nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with international accreditation standards (e.g., JCI) and regulatory requirements
- Drive performance improvement initiatives, patient experience programs, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with executive leadership on hospital strategy, expansion, and service development
- Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and resource allocation
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Nursing (Master s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or MBA preferred)
Current or prior executive-level nursing leadership experience (CNO / Director of Nursing or equivalent)
US-based candidates strongly preferred
Proven track record in leading large nursing teams within complex hospital environments
Experience in internationally accredited hospitals (e.g., JCI)
Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
