Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the founders own agendas, prep materials, and ensure follow-through on key priorities
- Translate high-level strategy into clear execution plans with defined owners, timelines, and outcomes
- Serve as the air traffic controller for founder bandwidth prioritize high-impact work and filter out noise
- Own the company s operating rhythm: meeting cadences, planning cycles, and execution tracking
- Drive cross-functional alignment ensure decisions are communicated, tracked, and executed without blockers
- Lead high-impact, time-sensitive projects that don t have a clear functional owner
- Act as a high-trust proxy to unblock teams and resolve misalignment across functions
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in consulting (post-analyst), strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff roles, with proven ownership of cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
- Prior experience as a Chief of Staff with demonstrated success in driving executive priorities, operating cadence, and cross-functional alignment is strongly preferred
- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership
- Strong executor, can structure ambiguity into clear plans and drive outcomes end-to-end
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Low ego, high ownership mindset with a bias toward action
