Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to the founders own agendas, prep materials, and ensure follow-through on key priorities

  • Translate high-level strategy into clear execution plans with defined owners, timelines, and outcomes
  • Serve as the air traffic controller for founder bandwidth prioritize high-impact work and filter out noise
  • Own the company s operating rhythm: meeting cadences, planning cycles, and execution tracking
  • Drive cross-functional alignment ensure decisions are communicated, tracked, and executed without blockers
  • Lead high-impact, time-sensitive projects that don t have a clear functional owner
  • Act as a high-trust proxy to unblock teams and resolve misalignment across functions

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years in consulting (post-analyst), strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff roles, with proven ownership of cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
  • Prior experience as a Chief of Staff with demonstrated success in driving executive priorities, operating cadence, and cross-functional alignment is strongly preferred
  • Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership
  • Strong executor, can structure ambiguity into clear plans and drive outcomes end-to-end
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, unstructured environments
  • Low ego, high ownership mindset with a bias toward action
