Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO on key strategic and operational priorities across the business
- Attend meetings with the CEO and represent him when required
- Support planning, communication, decision-making, and execution on high-priority matters
- Translate priorities into actionable plans and ensure strong follow-through
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to keep critical work on track
- Lead special projects and ad hoc initiatives while bringing structure, speed, and accountability

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, founder's office, startups, or another high-performance environment
- Previous experience working closely with a founder, CEO, or senior executive is a plus
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- High agency and strong ownership mindset
- Able to represent the CEO well in meetings and discussions
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environments.
- Comfortable using AI tools and modern workplace tools
- Strong written and spoken English
