Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
Application Management
- Monitor daily system operations to ensure stability.
- Track and manage listings within the application.
- Review and assess reported issues and user complaints.
- Communicate directly with the app developer to resolve bugs and technical issues.
- Ensure all application sections and features are functioning properly.
- Provide continuous UX (User Experience) improvement feedback.
Marketing & Content Management
- Follow up daily with the marketing agency.
- Review and approve content before publication.
- Ensure monthly marketing plan is executed as scheduled.
- Analyze ad campaign performance using Ads Manager and prepare a summary report.
Customer Support
- Respond to Instagram messages and student inquiries.
- Answer questions related to the app s usage.
- Convert inquiries into active app users.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare a weekly report for the project owner.
- Prepare a comprehensive monthly report including:
- User growth
- Number of listings in the app
- User-reported issues
- New improvement suggestions
- Performance tracking per city
- Identifying best expansion timing and location
- Suggesting events and content for new cities
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing apps or digital platforms
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing & ads management
- Strong reporting and daily follow-up skills
- High organization and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Ability to work remotely and handle pressure
