Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the hospital s operational and administrative functions.
Ensure efficient coordination between medical, nursing, operational, and support departments.
Improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and service quality.
Establish KPIs, reporting systems, and performance management processes.
Manage budgeting, cost control, and operational profitability.
Support quality improvement, accreditation, and compliance initiatives.
Recruit, develop, and strengthen department leadership.
Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
Prepare regular operational and financial reports for executive leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience, including senior management roles in hospitals or healthcare organizations.
Strong operational, financial, and people management capabilities.
Experience in healthcare operations within the Middle East is preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams and improve organizational performance.
