Roles & Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Overall Plant Operations.
  • Act as the Management Representative.
  • Ensure Regulatory & Standard Compliance.
  • Ensure that customer requirements and specifications are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Anticipate risks and establish contingency plans for potential production, quality, or safety issues.
  • Report plant performance and management system effectiveness to executive leadership and participate in strategic planning

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Master's Degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or Operations.
  • 10-15 years in industrial or manufacturing, with at least 5 years in plant management or senior operations leadership.
  • Experience in process optimization, CAPEX projects, and managing multifunctional teams.
  • Strong project management and audit preparation skills.
  • Ability to manage change, risk, and crises.
