Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage Overall Plant Operations.
- Act as the Management Representative.
- Ensure Regulatory & Standard Compliance.
- Ensure that customer requirements and specifications are consistently met or exceeded.
- Anticipate risks and establish contingency plans for potential production, quality, or safety issues.
- Report plant performance and management system effectiveness to executive leadership and participate in strategic planning
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Master's Degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or Operations.
- 10-15 years in industrial or manufacturing, with at least 5 years in plant management or senior operations leadership.
- Experience in process optimization, CAPEX projects, and managing multifunctional teams.
- Strong project management and audit preparation skills.
- Ability to manage change, risk, and crises.
