Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations, optimize business processes, and drive strategic initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, you will ensure operational excellence and support the company s ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape the company s vision and strategy.

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.

• Optimize business processes, resources, and budgets to enhance performance.

• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 8+ years of leadership experience in operations, preferably within the tech/startup ecosystem.

• Proven track record in scaling operations and driving growth.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory landscape is a plus.
