Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Mulk Med India is launching nationwide operations with a large-scale expansion across multiple cities.
We are seeking a senior Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution of a 100-city rollout across 22+ states, managing multi-provider healthcare networks and telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead national operations for multi-state healthcare rollout
Drive execution of 100-city expansion plan
Work closely with hospitals and healthcare partners
Build and manage provider network across India
Establish operational SOPs and governance frameworks
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Telehealth, Finance)
Monitor city-wise performance and operational KPIs
Oversee provider onboarding and service delivery standards
Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
Support strategic planning and growth initiatives
Stakeholder & Leadership Responsibilities
Engage with healthcare institutions and strategic partners
Collaborate with leadership team for rollout planning
Represent operations in high-level stakeholder discussions
Ensure alignment between partners, providers, and internal teams
Drive operational readiness across all expansion cities
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years experience in healthcare, health-tech, or multi-location operations
Proven leadership in Pan-India operational rollout
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience working with hospitals or healthcare networks
Ability to manage multi-state teams and providers
Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
Excellent communication and leadership skills
MBA / Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or Operations
Experience in telehealth or digital health platforms preferred
Experience managing large-scale expansion projects
