Roles & Responsibilities

A Vision 2030 giga-project authority requires an exceptional COO to lead operational strategy, delivery governance, and programme management across a multi-billion riyal national infrastructure initiative.

Key Responsibilities
Define and implement operational governance frameworks across a 15,000+ workforce programme.
Lead cross-functional delivery teams spanning engineering, procurement, and government affairs.
Report directly to the CEO and engage with senior KSA government stakeholders.
Drive performance reporting and programme accountability structures.
Requirements
20+ years in senior operational leadership within large-scale infrastructure or government programmes.
Prior KSA or GCC giga-project experience strongly preferred.
Arabic language skills advantageous.
Exceptional leadership presence and government stakeholder management capability.
