Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead day to day operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency
  • Translate company strategy into clear operational plans and execution frameworks
  • Design scalable organizational structures, processes, and workflows
  • Implement KPI frameworks and performance management systems
  • Mentor and develop department heads, building a high performance culture
  • Drive digital transformation and system automation initiatives
  • Align operations with commercial, marketing, and strategic functions
  • Represent the company externally with professionalism and operational excellence
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8 10 years of progressive experience in operations or business management
  • Proven track record in building structured processes and enhancing efficiency
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of KPI frameworks, analytics, and operational systems
  • Experience in system integration, automation, and cross functional operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management) are a plus
  • Very good command of English (written & spoken)
