Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear product roadmap informed by market trends, user feedback, and strategic business objectives.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and business units to ensure efficient and effective product development and iteration.
• Establish and monitor key product performance metrics to evaluate success and drive continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure product alignment with overall business goals and customer expectations.
• Incorporate F&B-specific features and apply industry best practices to enhance product relevance, usability, and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in product management or product development, with a proven ability to lead products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of local consumer behavior, digital trends, and user expectations, enabling the development of relevant and competitive products.
• Background in platform-based solutions or Food & Beverage-related products is considered a valuable asset.
• Skilled in defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and applying agile methodologies to drive iterative development and innovation.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analysis to ensure product success and continuous improvement.
