Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Production Officer (CPO) to lead and optimize multi-sector production operations across a large-scale, integrated agri-food platform. This executive role will oversee end-to-end production, engineering, quality, and operational excellence across diverse verticals, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight

Dairy

• Oversee milk processing operations including pasteurization, UHT, packaging, and cold chain management
• Ensure hygiene standards, CIP/SIP validation, and quality control programs

Poultry

• Manage hatchery performance, broiler production KPIs, and processing operations
• Ensure biosecurity, food safety, and compliance with relevant standards

Livestock (Goat Milk & Meat)

• Supervise processing operations, traceability, and animal welfare standards
• Ensure adherence to specialized hygiene and processing protocols

Wheat / Milling

• Oversee grain intake, milling operations, flour blending, and storage
• Ensure safety standards including dust control and silo management

Honey Production

• Manage extraction, filtration, moisture control, and packaging processes
• Ensure traceability and anti-adulteration controls

Greenhouse Operations

• Oversee climate control, fertigation, crop production, and post-harvest handling
• Ensure quality, yield optimization, and cold chain integration

Engineering & Operations Excellence

• Lead maintenance and reliability strategies (TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance)
• Oversee utilities including steam, refrigeration, and water systems
• Manage CAPEX projects, commissioning, and automation upgrades
• Drive digital transformation (MES, SCADA, IoT integration)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational regulations
• Optimize OEE, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency across operations

Additional Responsibilities

• Define plant schedules aligned with S&OP
• Approve maintenance shutdowns and production changes
• Lead capital investment initiatives for capacity and efficiency improvements
