Roles & Responsibilities

Manage excellence frameworks (DGE, EFQM, RTA Excellence)

  • Support local and international excellence award submissions

  • Conduct self-assessments and internal assessor training

  • Monitor excellence performance and improvement initiatives

  • Manage excellence projects and budgets

  • Promote excellence culture across RTA

  • Ensure compliance with information security policies

  • Perform other assigned duties

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Excellence, Quality, or Business Administration

Experience:
