Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a key strategic position in the company's management team, which provides for a full
responsibility for the supply chain, including logistics, planning, procurement, and customer service. You will manage 80+ specialists, including 4 areas (logistics, procurement, integrated planning, operational procurement), international projects (187 countries), warehouses (USA, Canada, Poland, Turkey), and the launch of new features in China.
Area of responsibility:
Global logistics: export/import, customs clearance (including unique tolling regimes), domestic delivery, management of 3PL providers on three continents.
Integrated planning: MRP, demand planning, production planning in the context of Cash-flow, EBITDA, working capital.
Procurement: strategic management of 200+ suppliers around the world, negotiations with global contract manufacturers, quality assessment and audit.
Operational management: manual accounting systems (1C, Excel), SAP implementation management, prototyping and launch of new processes.
Project management: launching a new production hub in Vietnam, opening an office in China and forming a sourcing function there.
Who we are looking for:
Building or scaling an international supply chain in a complex environment.
Work with commercial KPIs (EBITDA, COGS, revenue-linked planning).
Successful transformations in ERP systems (SAP).
Direct operational immersion (calculations in Excel, control through process maps).
Strategic thinking + willingness to work "hands" in a growing organization.
