Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Chief Supply Chain Officer will lead end-to-end supply chain strategy covering planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile distribution. This role will be accountable for service levels, cost efficiency, inventory optimisation, and network scalability across the Kingdom. A key mandate will be redesigning the supply chain operating model to support omnichannel growth and regional expansion. The role will oversee large, multi-site teams and drive performance management through KPIs and governance frameworks. The CSCO will work closely with commercial, manufacturing, and finance leadership to align demand and supply. This position will also sponsor technology and automation initiatives to modernise supply chain capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have extensive senior leadership experience in supply chain within FMCG, retail, or large distribution environments. Proven exposure to complex, high-volume supply chains operating at national scale is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia or comparable GCC markets is strongly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational leadership. Strong understanding of S&OP, inventory optimisation, and logistics networks is required. Experience leading transformation initiatives and managing large workforces is critical. Executive presence and cross-functional influence are mandatory for success in this role.
