Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company s technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the technology and IT teams to foster innovation and high performance.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable technology solutions.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all technology platforms and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement new technologies that drive business growth.
- Establish and enforce technology standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor emerging trends and advancements in technology to maintain competitive advantage.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and process improvements across the organization.
- Represent the technology function in board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 15 year of experience in a senior technology leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience with technology budgeting and resource management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance, and security standards.
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
