Job Title: Child Psychologist & Speech Therapist (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Location: Near Hala Arjaan Rotana, Al Zahiyah, Abu Dhabi. (Preference for candidates residing near Hala Arjaan)

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified professional in Child Psychology and/or Speech-Language Pathology to support children’s emotional, behavioral, and communication development within our preschool environment.

The ideal candidate should work closely with teachers, assist in classroom activities, and help create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere for children.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist preschool teachers in daily classroom activities

  • Observe and support children’s emotional, social, and speech development

  • Identify children with speech delays or behavioral concerns

  • Plan and implement engaging developmental activities

  • Support children in improving communication and interaction skills

  • Help maintain a structured, organized, and child-friendly classroom

  • Guide teachers with strategies to manage children effectively

  • Provide basic feedback and guidance to parents when required

  • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, or Speech Therapy

  • Experience working with preschool or young children preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patient, caring, and energetic personality

  • Ability to handle children calmly and effectively

  • Team player with a positive attitude


Preferred Skills

  • Ability to engage children through creative activities

  • Classroom support and management skills

  • Basic assessment and observation skills

  • Passion for early childhood development
