Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventive maintenance for air-cooled chillers

  • Carry out preventive maintenance for water-cooled chillers

  • Troubleshoot and repair chiller system faults

  • Attend breakdown complaints and identify the root cause of the issue

  • Check and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, controls, sensors, and other chiller components

  • Monitor system performance and ensure proper operation and efficiency

  • Perform corrective maintenance and replacement of defective parts when required

  • Handle electrical and mechanical fault finding related to chiller systems

  • Prepare service reports and update maintenance records properly

  • Coordinate with supervisor and site team for maintenance activities

  • Follow safety procedures during all maintenance and repair work

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in chiller maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Strong experience in air-cooled chiller maintenance

  • Strong experience in water-cooled chiller maintenance

  • Good knowledge of chiller electrical controls and mechanical systems

  • Ability to diagnose faults independently and solve technical issues on site

  • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance

  • GCC experience will be an advantage

  • Driving license will be an advantage

  • Basic English communication skills preferred


Preferred Skills

  • Good understanding of HVAC maintenance procedures

  • Ability to work under pressure and attend urgent breakdowns

  • Responsible, disciplined, and technically strong in troubleshooting
