Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor chiller plants, cooling towers, and associated equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure chillers are running efficiently and safely.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs to reduce system downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in chiller systems.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams for major repairs and system upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of chiller operations and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and organizational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma, ITI, or Trade Certificate in Mechanical, HVAC, or relevant technical stream.

Minimum 2 3 years experience operating and maintaining chillers in facility management.

Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems, pumps, valves, and cooling towers.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID.
